Mandip recently helped us to find a home for our business. We had been looking for a very long time (years!), and I had pretty much given up any hope of finding what we wanted. I knew Mandip through some volunteering we had both done I had mentioned what I was looking for - more conversationally vs asking to specifically look for us. I was so impressed when he called me about this building (well over a year after we had this casual conversation!) - its like he always had our needs in the back of his mind and had an eye out even though we had given up. I've had experience with other realtors in the past where I have specifically ask them to look for something for me and I end up bringing the potential properties to them instead of the other way around.

Our experience with Mandip was night and day. He went to bat for us in negotiations, he attended the inspection, he attended our meeting with the inspector to review the findings, he gave great advice and it was evident that he actually card how this turned out for us. He met us at the building to hand over our keys and did a walk through inspection with us to ensure that the building was in the condition it was supposed to be when we took possession (which it wasn't, and then he dealt with all of that - which I know was a huge pain.) I have no doubt that I will use Mandip for any future real estate needs I have.
